Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
salt to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
2 tsp butter

For Serving
toasted bread slices

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper powder in a deep bowl. Whisk well using a fork.
  2. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the egg- milk mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while scrapping the sides of the pan continuously.
  3. Serve immediately with toasted bread slices.
