1/4 cup finely chopped and blanched spinach (palak)
1/2 cup boiled mixed sprouts (moong, matki, chana etc.)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste
1 1/2 cups curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for atleast half hour. Serve chilled.
