Ingredients


For Broccoli and Red Capsicum Dip
1 cup chopped and blanched broccoli or blanched broccoli floret
1/2 cup finely chopped red capsicum
2 tsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped celery (ajmoda) , optional
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
2 tbsp fresh cream
salt to taste

For Serving With Broccoli and Red Capsicum Dip

Method

For broccoli and red capsicum dip

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}broccoli and red capsicum dip{/span}, heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic paste and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the celery, onions and red capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cheese, fresh cream and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  5. Serve the {span class="bold1"}broccoli and red capsicum dip{/span} immediately with cream cracker biscuits.
