4 bread slices
2 tsp butter
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
2 tbsp milk
a pinch of salt
1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies

  1. Apply ½ tsp of butter on each bread slice and grill them lightly in a pre-heated oven at 200oc (400 of) for 5 to 7 minutes or till the bread turns brown and crisp on top. Keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the mozzarella cheese, processed cheese and milk and mix well.
  3. Add the salt, mustard powder, chilli flakes and green chillies, mix well and keep aside.

It is really delicious. If u want it to look better add a pinch of baking soda in the mixture And it tastes like garlic bread it U add some garlic or garlic powder in the mixture. Really simple and easy
