Method- Add the potatoes to the marinade, mix well and keep aside for 20-30 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the potatoes, till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in non stick pan, add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a while.
- Add the cabbage, capsicum and onions, mix well and sauté for a minute.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce and red chili sauce, mix well.
- Now add the potato slices, salt and white pepper powder, mix well
- Serve hot.
