Method- Combine the urad, rajma, onion, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste and enough water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 12-15 minutes or for 5-6 whistles or till cooked.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
- Cool and blend using a hand blender to mix it well.
- Add the chilli powder, coriander seeds powder, garam masala, salt and milk, mix well and pressure cook for more 1 whistle.
- Serve hot.
