  1. Combine all the ingredients along with 3/4 cup of water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions band roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter.
  3. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with chutney or tea.
