Faraali Khichdi recipe - How to make Faraali Khichdi
Method- Peel and grate the dudhi and keep it aside.
- Slightly roast the sanwa miller on a slow flame and keep aside.
- Heat the ghee in a pan, add the peanuts and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and saute for 1 minutes.
- Add the bottle gourd and remaining ingredients, mix well and cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
