Ingredients

2 cups wheat (gehun) flour
1/2 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1/4 cup soyabean flour
1/4 cup maize flour (makai ka atta)
1/4 cup ragi (nachni / red millet) flour flour
salt , to taste
1/2 cup grated beetroot
2 cups chopped spinach (palak) , mint and fenugreek (methi) leaves leaves
1 tbsp curds (dahi)
1 tbsp flax seed
2 tsp ginger–green chillies paste
2 tsp grated raw turmeric
coconut water to make dough
2 tbsp tomato puree
oil for rolling parathas

    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients to make a smooth dough,
  2. Roll parathas and we can use rice flour for rolling parathas.
  3. Cook on both sides till light brown, garnish with grated cheese.
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
