  1. To make Lemon Honey Water, take a jug.
  2. Add 2 tsp of lemon juice to the jug. As the drink shouldn’t be strongly flavoured we are only using 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  3. Further, add honey to the same jug. If you are looking to loose weight, then skip the honey in honey lemon water.
  4. Pour 2 cups of warm water to it.
  5. Mix Honey Lemon Water ( Madh ka pani) very well, using a spoon.
  6. To serve Lemon honey water, take 2 glasses.

I have been having this lemon drink early in the morning for many months. Very soothing to the stomach and tasty too. When you have a sore throat or feel a runny nose, this is the perfect remedy for it. I feel my throat immediately clear up after taking this soothing drink.
