Ingredients


To Be Mixed Into A Filling
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 onion , chopped
1/2 capsicum , finely chopped
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
8 samosa pattis
oil for deep-frying

Method
    Method
  1. Place a samosa patti on a flat and dry surface.
  2. Place a tsp of the filling at one corner of the samosa patti and roll into a triangle.
  3. Seal the edges using a little water.
  4. Make more such samosas using remaining ingredients.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the samosas till they turn golden and crisp from all the sides.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper.
  7. Serve hot.
