Marinated Black Olives recipe - How to make Marinated Black Olives
Method- Combine all the ingredients in separate sterilized glass jars, adding olive oil as needed to cover.
- Toss well to mix all the ingredients together, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 days.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.
Handy tip:- For stuffed green olives, combine 2 cups green olives, 2 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp lemon zest in a sterilized glass jar, mix well and add enough olive oil to cover and repeat the same as above.
