Mini Pizzetas recipe - How to make Mini Pizzetas

Ingredients


4 slices whole wheat bread

To Be Mixed Into A Topping
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup crumbled low fat paneer (cottage cheese)
4 tsp grated processed cheese
salt and to taste

Method
    Main procedure
  1. Spread equal portions of the topping mixture onto each of the 4 slices of bread.
  2. Bake them in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 7 to 10 minutes till they are golden brown.
  3. Cut each slice into 4 wedges and serve hot.

Awesome esome recipe.. I just made a more desi version of it adding potatoes, carrots and a few spices like garam masala and pepper... it still tastes yum and it added to the nutrition value.. Thanks for the recipe..

Waow I din't know that one could also make a much healthier version of pizzas. Just a little bit of mozzrella cheese and it tasted very nice..This din't require the much fuss of making pizza sauce too. A must try!!
