For the stuffing, sprinkle a little salt over the radish and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes. Squeeze out all the water and discard it. Add the coriander and green chillies and mix well. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll a portion into a 150 mm. (6”) diameter roti using a little whole wheat flour for rolling. Place a portion of the stuffing in the centre, bring all the sides together in the centre and seal it tightly. Again roll into a 150 mm. (6") diameter circle, using a little whole wheat flour for rolling. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the paratha, using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to make 7 more parathas. Serve hot.
