Ingredients

1/4 cup semolina (rava)
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup oil
oil for frying
salt to taste

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the wheat flour, maida and rava along with the oil, mix well and add enough water and salt and knead into a soft dough.
  2. Cover and keep aside for atleast ½ an hour.
  3. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll out each ball and apply oil on it, then pleat it and make a circular roll.
  4. Press and roll out again into a circle of 5" diameter.
  5. Heat a tava and cook each paratha using little oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  6. Serve hot with curd or any vegetables.
