Crushed ice is essential to get the characteristic mouth-feel of a slush. We suggest crushing the ice using an ice-crusher or gola maker as crushing it in a mixer or by hand might make it chunky or watery without getting a uniform texture.

Orange Slush recipe - How to make Orange Slush
Method- Pour 1 tbsp of orange squash in 4 individual glasses , put ½ cup of crushed ice. Again pour ½ tbsp of the orange squash on top the crushed ice.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin seeds powder and salt evenly over it, serve immediately.
