Drain and keep aside.Put the ghee in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.Add the cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and onions and microwave on high for 2 minutes.Add the cabbage, cauliflower, potatoes, green peas, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tomatoes, rice, all the dals, salt and 3½ cups of water, mix well and microwave on high for 20 minutes, stirring four times in between after every 5 minutes.Serve immediately.
