  1. Blend the corn into a coarse mixture and transfer in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each portion into a small round flat pakodas.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the pakodas till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides.
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
