Ingredients

1 cup shredded paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup milk powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup roasted and sliced almonds (badam)
1/2 tbsp beetroot pulp
few drops rose essence
1 tsp ghee

For The Stuffing
1/2 cup gulkand , readily available

Method
    Method
  1. Heat the ghee in a borad non-stick pan, add the paneer, milk powder and powdered sugar, mix well and cook till the water evaporates and the mixture leaves the sides of a pan.
  2. Remove from the flame and transfer the mixture in a bowl and keep aside to cool.
  3. Divide the mixture into 20 equal balls and flatten each ball and stuff little gulkand in it.
  4. Cover and roll again to make a ball.
  5. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make more balls.
  6. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled.
