Herbed Paneer Dip
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup whisked curds (dahi)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste

  1. To make herbed paneer dip, combine the paneer, curds, parsley and milk and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the oregano, chilli flakes and salt and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
  4. Serve the herbed paneer dip chilled with cucumber and carrot sticks.

This is an awesome dip. Paneer goes well with parsley and dill to make a nice thick dip. Have it with cucumber or celery.
