1 cup roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
3/4 cup fresh curd (dahi)
1 1/2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
rock salt (sendha namak) to taste

I make this on fasting days and serve it with sabudana vada, khichdi and can even be used in chaats. All that has to be done is blend in a mixer.
