Ingredients

3 cups fresh pear juice
3 tbsp lemon juice

For The Rosemary Sugar Syrup
1/4 cup sugar
4 sprigs fresh rosemary

For Garnish

  1. Combine the sugar, rosemary and ¼ cup water in a broad non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till sugar melts, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from the flame and cool completely.
  3. Strain and keep aside.

  1. Combine the pear juice, rosemary syrup and lemon juice in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Fill half of the 3 glasses with ice cubes, pour equal quantities of the juice into each glass.
  3. Garnish with rosemary sprig and serve immediately.
