1 cup broccoli florets
1 1/4 cups pear cubes (unpeeled)
1 1/4 cups apple cubes (unpeeled)
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal) , optional

  1. Combine all the ingredients along with ¾ cup of water in a juicer and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the juice into 4 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.

This combo sounded very unsual, but I tried t it out and was a hit. It''s not strained so all the fibre is retained along with other antioxidants. I will surely make this recipe again and again.
