For Rose Milk
2 1/2 tbsp rose syrup
2 cups cold milk
2 tsp falooda seeds (sabja)


For rose milk

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}rose milk{/span}, combine the falooda seeds and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl, mix well and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Combine the milk and rose syrup in a deep bowl and whisk well.
  3. Pour equal quantities of the {span class="bold1"}rose milk{/span} into 2 individual glasses, top it with soaked falooda seeds and serve chilled.
