1 1/2 cups sago (sabudana)
3 medium sized potatoes
1 cup roasted peanuts
3 green chillies
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
oil to fry

  1. Soak the sabudana in enough water to cover it for about two hours. drain out excess water. boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
  2. Coarsely powder the roasted peanuts. finely chop the green chillies.
  3. Mix together sabudana, mashed potatoes, powdered peanuts, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, lime juice and salt. mix thoroughly.
  4. Form into sixteen lemon sized balls, flatten between palms of your hands and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
