Soya Puris recipe - How to make Soya Puris
Main Procedure- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead into a stiff but pliable dough using enough water.
- Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Knead again using soya oil, divide the dough into 25 equal portions and roll out each portion into 75 mm. (3") diameter circle.
- Heat the soya oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the puris till they turn golden brown on both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
