2 tsp oil
1/4 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup boiled , peeled and grated potatoes
4 to 6 baby corn , sliced
1/2 cup coloured capsicum (red , yellow and green) cubes
2 tsp roasted peanuts , crushed
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 seasoning cube (vegetarian) , optional
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

4 whole wheat (gehun) chapatis

Method
For the stuffing

    For the stuffing
  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till they turn translucent.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook on a medium flame 2 minutes. Keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Warm a chapati lightly on a non-stick tava (griddle).
  2. Remove on a plate, place 1/4th of the stuffing on one side of the chapati and roll it up tightly.
  3. Repeat with the remaining chapatis and stuffing to make 3 more rolls. Serve immediately.
