Sprouts Bhel recipe - How to make Sprouts Bhel
Method- Heat the oil in a pan and add the moong sprouts. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the flame and transfer the mixture in a bowl.
- Add the roasted peanuts, puffed rice and chana and toss well.
- Add the onions, potatoes, tomotoes, green chillies, cucumber, paneer, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
