Tomato Lemon Punch, Tomato Lemon Drink

Perhaps because it is everywhere, we fail to realize the full potential of tomatoes in their raw form. This lovely fruit lends a luscious mouth-feel, vibrant colour and unique taste to any juice or salad that it is added to.

Many of us make tomato juice, but only alone, without combining it with other fruits or veggies. Here is a fabulous juice, which combines the tang of tomatoes with that of lemons, to make a super refreshing glassful of Tomato Lemon Punch!

A dash of cumin seeds powder and the right amount of sugar help to highlight the flavours of these fruits beautifully, making the juice even tastier.

One thing to note about this juice is that the tomato pulp tends to settle to the bottom of the glass, so serve the juice immediately upon preparation, and also provide a spoon or stirrer with the juice.
