RICE 1 CUP BASMATI RICE,BOILED VEG PEAS BEANS CARROTS CAULIFLOWER POTATOES1 CUP,ONINOS SLICED2.CASHEW10-12,TURMERIC POWDER 1/2TSP,FRESH CORAINDER FOR GARNISH,SALT TO TASTE AND GHEE FOR FRYING.
INGREDIENTS FOR PASTE:CASHEW 10,CORIANDER SEEDS,1 TSP,RED CHILLI 2,CUMMIN SEEDS 1/2 TSP,1/2"PIECE GINGER.

Method

  1. Cook the rice in two cups of water add salt and a bit of turmeric powder to the rice while cooking. and leave to cool.boil mixed vegetables add salt to taste.grind all ingredients for paste.heat ghee in a pan add the paste and stir the paste for a while on low flame and add the mixed vegetables.garnish with fresh chopped coriander.fry the sliced on
