8 slices of whole wheat bread

For The Stuffing
3/4 cup shredded cabbage
3/4 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup grated low fat paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 green chilli , chopped
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
4 tsp low fat butter for cooking

For the stuffing

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions.
