  1. Combine the cornflour and coconut milk in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the cardamom, clove and cinnamon and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the green chillies and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Add the cornflour-coconut milk mixture, vegetables and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  5. Serve hot.
