  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the cumin seeds and curry leaves and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.

This was just soo quick.. I had potatoes boiled from the previous day and all i had to do was just toss it and cook.. I added more of garlic as i love its flavour..and it was just bang on!! Do try it and enjoy with puris or roti..

My family loves potatoes in any form, When I am confused or dont have much vegetables at home I make this easy, quick and amazing subzi and serve it with hot puris and shrikhand and my family relishes it.
