For The Garlic Dressing
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp curds (dahi)
1 tsp milk powder
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

Other Ingredients
2 cups boiled baby potatoes (with the skin) , cut into halves
1 cup shredded spinach (palak)
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
