Green Garlic Chutney – for a Healthy YOU

  1. Green Garlic Chutney – for a Healthy YOU. Benefit from the antioxidant power of coriander, while keeping infections and diseases at bay through the anti-microbial property of garlic. Coriander is a storehouse many antioxidants. Linoleic acid, Oleic acid, Stearic acid and Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) work well to reduce the LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and promote artery and cardiac health. On the other hand, the allicin in the garlic is known to control high blood pressure. Pair this healthy chutney contributing 9  calories per tbsp. with nourishing snacks like Spicy Oats Pancakes and Nachni Methi Muthia rather than deep-fried snacks, which would otherwise only weaken your immune system and enhance inflammation in the body.
