Masala Mogri, Green Mogri Subzi

It has an exclusive taste, which is so enjoyable that you do not need to cook it very elaborately. Just a simple tempering and a dash of coriander powder is enough to make a delicious dish with it!

The Masala Mogri is indeed very easy and quick to make, and is a must-have during the winter months whenever you can lay your hands on mogri. You can serve it with Roti and Onion Raita .

  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the mustard seeds, asafoetida and green chilli and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the radish pods, coriander seeds powder and salt and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.

Tarla ji I am big fan of yours. Plz can u give recipe for purple mogri. We have raita recipe but not sabji recipe. Are both mogri same or they have different tastes?? Plz reply Thank you
