1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
3 cups apple cubes (unpeeled)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) juice , refer handy tip
1 tsp honey
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
  2. Serve immediately.

  1. 2 tbsp of grated ginger when placed in a muslin cloth and squeezed gives 2 tsp of ginger juice.
