Well, this recipe answers your question. Just garlic powder, salt and pepper give this Quick Stir-Fry Cauliflower a mind-blowing flavour and aroma, which you simply cannot resist.

You can prepare this even without garlic powder, and still get an awesome flavour. This recipe goes to show that stir-frying is a very appropriate procedure for cooking cauliflower.

The outcome is perfect – sufficiently-cooked but not mushy. The best part is that it takes just a few minutes to prepare this tasty treat!

2 cups cauliflower florets
1 tsp oil
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) powder
salt and to taste

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick tava (griddle) , add the cauliflower florets and salt and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Lower the flame, cover with a lid and cook for 8 minutes, while tossing occasionally.
  3. Sprinkle 4 tbsp of water, cover with a lid and cook on a slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while tossing occasionally.
  4. Switch off the flame, add the garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss well.
  5. Serve immediately.

This is one of my favourite super tasty and super healthy recipes.. Just stir frying cauliflower with simple seasoning, nothing complicated makes it a super duper hit.. I have this many times when I want to have something light and not heavy for dinner, I have this and am all sorted..
