  1. Heat the oil in broad nonstick pan and add the lotus seeds, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Transfer to a plate and let it cool completely.

Loved this healthy snack and good to see you use olive oil to cook the lotus seeds. This even works great with ghee and tastes as good. Ghee and olive oil are good for you.
