We normally just spread cornflake on an oven tray and roast on low flame for about 30 to 45 minutes. No oil needed. Roast nuts the same way in microwave oven adding about a teaspoon of oil. 2 minutes at a time. Turning after every 2 minutes until golden. Roast dahlia. Add all other ingredients and toss together. Much healthier. Less oil.
