A zesty topping made from low-fat paneer and vegetables adds spice to nutritious whole wheat toasts.

A great occasional teatime snack, they make a good accompaniment to a hot, sugar-free beverage! Since low-fat paneer is high in protein, go easy on milk and milk products like curds for the rest of the day.

Low fat paneer and brown bread - my 2 favourites in one snack, wow a superb combo...Moreover it''s nice to know the snack is just at 107 calories and can be added to a diabetic menu occasionally. My father who is a diabetic enjoyed it and so did the other family members.

Nice low fat paneer snack which is toasted with some vegetables. The lemon juice and mint leave a nice tangy taste and the green chillies spice it up. Great in between snack to have during the day.
