Indian fried masala peanuts is made from 1 cup raw peanuts, 4 1/2 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour), 2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta), 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi), 1 1/2 tsp chaat masala, a pinch of baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt and oil for deep-frying. In a deep bowl, add 4 1/2 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour).

Add 2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta).

Add 1 tsp chilli powder.
