  1. Put plenty of salted water to boil. When it starts boiling, add the broccoli florets, switch off the gas, cover and leave for 5 minutes. Drain the broccoli.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1/2 minute. Add the green chilli and the broccoli and fry again for 1 minute. Add very little salt.
  3. Cool and add the cheese. Mix well.

  1. Fill the crepes with the broccoli mixture and fold each one into a triangle.
  2. Arrange in a baking dish and pour the Mexican green sauce over them.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) 20 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
