Ingredients

12 whole wheat bread slices
3 tsp butter for brushing

To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste

Method
    Method
  1. Divide the stuffing into 8 equal portions and keep aside.
  2. Apply 1/8 tsp of butter on both sides of each bread slice and toast them lightly on a tava (griddle) till both sides are golden brown in colour.
  3. Place one toasted bread slice on a clean, dry surface and spread a portion of the prepared stuffing evenly over it and sandwich it with another toasted bread slice.
  4. Then spread the second portion of the prepared stuffing evenly over it and again sandwich it using 1 more toasted bread slice.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 3 more sandwiches.
  6. Cut each sandwich diagonally and serve immediately.
