Method- Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 7 minutes in a microwave oven.
- Drain and add all the ingredients and mix well to make a thick smooth batter.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and drop small balls of mixture and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
