Chapati Roll with Vegetables Video. Ingredients


For Vegetable Chapati Roll
8 chapatis (7") each
4 tsp red chilli sauce

To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions whites and greens
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cheese spread
salt to taste

Method

For vegetable chapati roll

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}vegetable chapati roll{/span}, divide the stuffing into 8 equal portions. Keep aside.
  2. Place a chapati on a clean, dry surface and spread ½ tsp of chilli sauce evenly over it.
  3. Place a portion of the stuffing on one side of the chapati and roll it up tightly.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make 7 more rolls.
  5. Serve the {span class="bold1"}vegetable chapati roll{/span} immediately.
