what is cheese and vegetable sticks made of ? cheese and vegetable strips is made from cheap and easily available ingredients in India such as 2 tbsp grated processed cheese, 1/4 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (carrot, celery and coloured capsicum), 1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta), salt to taste, 1/4 cup soft butter and whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for dusting. Mix well. Gradually add 3 1/2 to 4 tablespoons of ice-cold water while kneading the dough.

Knead into a semi-stiff dough.
