Chipotle Sauce is a creamy sauce with a unique, smoky flavour. With the bubbly flavours of dill and coriander, the creaminess of mayonnaise and curds, and the fieriness of red chillies, this sauce is a great addition to any dish, be it a sub sandwich or a burrito.


It can also be served with starters like Zucchini Fries, Baby Corn Fritters and Broccoli and Cheese Balls .

  1. Blend the chillies in a mixer till coarse.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge and use as required.

Wow! spicy, creamy and tasty. Was tempted to add ready made chilli flakes but followed the recipe to the core.It was worth it.The flavour of freshly ground red chillies was too good. Served with http://www.tarladalal.com/Mexican-Kebab-(-Kebabs-and-Tikkis)-32765r at my barbeque party and enjoyed the leftover today with pakodas.

Chipotle sauce.. a perfect sauce for a crispy starter.. This is a must try recipe.. this sauce is just perfect in taste..
