Add the sugar and mix well.Add 1 tablespoon of water to make a dough.Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into 50 mm. (2’) diameter circle.Prick with a fork at regular intervals.Press the rolled and pricked circles into the cavities of a muffin tray.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 °c (400 °f) for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp.
