To Be Ground Into A Smooth Paste-
To prepare the paste for crispy fried cauliflower, in a mixer jar take roughly chopped onions.

Add roughly chopped green chillies.

Season with some salt.

Blend into a smooth paste without using any water. The moisture from onions is good enough to get a smooth paste, so we are not adding water additionally. Keep aside.
Preparation for crispy fried cauliflower-

To prepare crispy fried gobi, dip the cauliflower florets one by one in the batter.

Roll in the bread crumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sides. Similarly, coat all the cauliflower florets and keep ready for frying.
